Barberton Area Food & Garden
Join your neighbors in reducing food waste by sharing and trading food grown or made at home. Not for sales or businesses, just community collaboration and fun.
Increase variety and nutrition while cutting down on food and time waste.
You can’t control when your plants are ready to harvest and sometimes, things just don’t line up. Don’t let your hard work and care go into the trash. Coordinate with other resourceful community members to maximize enjoyment of every harvest.
Want to start up and maintain your own little indoor garden? I can help with that, too. Hydroponics or soil, herbs, beans, or mushrooms, you don’t have to do it alone.

Try new and exciting recipes without having to learn a whole new menu or worrying about what to do with leftovers. Bring some ingredients and take home a variety of ready-to-eat food. Cut down on costly take-out and low quality premade grocery store meals. If you have allergies or require any accommodations, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
I am currently looking for a larger location to do group meal prep. If anyone has a large kitchen that would be interested in joining the fun, you would be helping greatly.
